Subcontractor of the Year — Master Builders NSW Northern Regions Excellence in Building Awards

Awarrawa Beach House is RTJ's flagship project for 2025 and winner of Subcontractor of the Year at the Master Builders NSW Northern Regions Excellence in Building Awards, delivered in partnership with JTech.

Awarrawa Beach House called for formwork and structural concrete work precise enough to match the ambition of the architecture. RTJ delivered the off-form concrete construction throughout, including curved flat slab and Class 2 off-form concrete ceilings.

RTJ's in-house fabrication team also designed, fabricated, and installed 36 meters of sliding aluminum screening that wraps the home’s façade in a custom-built privacy and shade system that moves with the sun.
