RTJ Constructions started four years ago with a husband and wife who both grew up on the Coffs Coast. We knew the region, we knew the trades, and we knew there was a better way to deliver building work — one team handling formwork, fabrication, and construction, instead of homeowners and builders juggling separate contractors for every stage of a job.

Four years on, that's exactly what we've built. RTJ is now a true one-stop shop: structural concrete and suspended formwork, in-house steel fabrication, and full residential construction, all under the one roof.

With three young boys of our own, we understand what a home needs to work for a family — and we bring that same care to every site we run, whether it's a council job, a commercial fit-out, or someone's forever home.
